The Gene A. Carpenter Football Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 corporation and was founded to provide financial support to the Millersville University football program.

Football Alumni,
We need to get our program back on track. We should develop a football scholarship program that would enable us to contribute a minimum of $1000.00 each to the program. Just think of the ability this would give our program to get the players we want and need. Have it were we can contribute over a period of time or whatever is needed. I am tired of seeing our program not have enough money to become the national powerhouse it once was!
